The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for respondents 1 and 2, submitted that since the petitioner had given a complaint to the first respondent only, the second respondent could not consider the same. 4. In the light of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks.
