Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition filed by petitioner quashing the impugned notice/ orders filed herewith as Annexure P-1, collectively issued by respondent authorities, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while holding the post of Upper Division Teacher stood retired from service w.e.f. 31.07.2024. Respondent No. 2 issued notice to petitioner mentioning minus balance of Rs. 31,19,498 in his GPF account and thereafter second notice was issued mentioning minus balance of Rs. 18,41,575 and in third notice minus balance is mentioned as Rs. 12,99,999. It is contention of learned counsel for petitioner that it is appearing from the notices that Respondent No. 2 is not having correct records of the GPF account of petitioner with them and therefore in all the three notices different amounts are mentioned showing it to be minus balance in the GPF account of the petitioner. It is further contention of learned counsel for petitioner that according to the calculation of petitioner, he is having balance amount of Rs. 24 Lac odd amount in the GPF account and therefore notices issued by Respondent No. 2 be quashed. 3. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 would submit that the authority of Respondent No. 2 had issued several letters to the respondents-State authorities for supplying relevant records of GPF account of petitioner, however till date the State authorities have not sent the relevant records. It is contention of learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 that if the State authorities are directed to sent entire record of GPF account of petitioner to the office of Respondent No. 2, it can be verified in presence of the State authorities as also petitioner and thereafter appropriate orders will be passed. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of dispute, in particular the dispute with regard to entries made in the GPF account of petitioner by State authorities as also by 3 / 3 Respondent No. 2, I find it appropriate to dispose off this writ petition at this stage directing Respondents-State authorities to supply all relevant documents with regard to GPF account of petitioner maintained by them to the office of Respondent No. 2, through online and offline mode, within a period of four weeks from today and thereafter Respondent No. 2 is directed to take decision on the claim of petitioner upon verifying their own record as also records to be sent by the State authorities, afresh, in presence of petitioner as also the State authorities, within a further period of one month thereafter. 5. Respondent No. 2 shall issue notice fixing the date and time of appearance of petitioner as also the concerned respondents-State authorities. 6.
