The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No.366 of 2015, for offence registered under sections 143, 341, 323, 353 of IPC, pending in court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that one road accident took place and for that, the persons were assembled there and agitating and they were blocked the road, however, the co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.3378 of 20 of 2018. He further submits the FIR is the old one and the petitioner now moved anticipatory bail. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are of assembling and blocking the road. 5. Considering that the only allegation is there of 2026:JHHC:1262 2 assembling and agitating the mob and for that agitation was going on due to road accident and the coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court concerned within two weeks from today and the learned court concerned shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions as well as the sureties as the learned court concerned may deem fit and proper. 6.
