Mr. Dhar has submitted that after filing of this writ petition, speaking orders have been passed recently, in terms of the Judgment and Order dated 07.11.2024 passed in the batch of writ petitions including W.P.[C.] no. 7399/2022 and W.P.[C.] no. 3715/2020 preferred by these two petitioners, and those speaking orders are made subject-matter of challenge in writ petitions already filed. In the above view of the matter Mr. Dhar has submitted that this writ petition can be closed as the speaking orders are being challenged in other writ petitions.
