The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there were mistakes in the cause title of the Writ Petition with regard to the names of the Village and Taluk, which were consequently reflected in the order dated 17.12.2025 passed in this Writ Petition and would therefore seek amendment of the same. 3. In view of the above, the amendment as sought by the petitioner is allowed.
