Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The prosecution case is that 8-10 boys armed with weapon surrounded the informant and his son. They started chasing the informant’s son and opened fire upon him due to which he sustained gunshot injury and fell down in the field. He was also assaulted with axe. The informant identified this petitioner during the incident. The other witnesses also supported the prosecution case. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Murhu PS Case No. 37 of 2018 corresponding to GR No. 191 of 2018(S), pending in the 2026:JHHC:7930 2 Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti stands rejected. 6.
