Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has purchased Plot No. 3367/4857/1 area 0.08 acre situated at Sattipara, beside Sri Ram Hospital, Ambikapur in auction, despite that, possession has not been handed over to it by respondents No. 1 and 2. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 and 2 would submit that, they will take appropriate step with regard to handing over the subject land to the petitioner. 3. In view of above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh, if cause of action arises. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with the liberty to the petitioner as sought for. 5.
