This is an application under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special (POCSO) Case No.16/2026 pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Dhemaji. 3. Mr. Hazarika has submitted that seven persons have been shown as witnesses in the charge-sheet, but none of them have been examined till now. 4. Let the Trial Court at least examine the victim girl. After examination of the victim girl, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again seeking regular bail. With the aforesaid direction, the Bail Application stands disposed of.
