JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 26-03-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 418 of 2025 arising out of Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Section ¾ of the Explosive Substance Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing dacoity in the house of the informant. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025 and he is accused is 12 more cases of serious nature. The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of the co- accused from whose house mobile phone and other articles were recovered. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7935 of 2026(3) dt.26-03-2026 2/2 in committing dacoity in the house of the informant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
