The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Giridh (T) P.S. Case No. 266 of 2024 registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 329(4), 109, 303(2), 74, 324(4), 352, 351(2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that scuffle took place due to parking space of the vehicle. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegation of assault and even injury has been found to be simple in nature. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there. He submits that in para 33 of the case diary it has come that injury has been found to be simple. 5. Considering that scuffle took place due to parking space of the vehicle, there are general and omnibus allegation of assault and in para 33 of the case diary it has come that injury has been found to be simple in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned ( 2026:JHHC:3078 ) court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Giridh (T) P.S.
