Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i) The respondents may kindly be directed to revised the pension to the petitioner in term of OM dated 25.2.2022 from 1.1.2016 with upto date dearness relief alongwith interest @ 12%PM from the date amount fell due till actual payment. ii) This Hon'ble Court may also be pleased to burden the respondents with cost for causing undue harassment to the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:15166 petitioner who is about 81 years old.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that reliefs prayed for by the petitioner in this petition are squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CPW No. 8375 of 2021, titled as Mast Ram vs. State of H.P. and another and other connected matters, decided on 23.05.2025. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench, referred to herein above, stands assailed by the State by way of a Letters Patent Appeal before the Hon’ble Division Bench. 4. Accordingly, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the outcome of the Letters Patent Appeal in abovesaid case shall govern the parties in the present case, of course, subject to their legal rights.
