It is further submitted that the petitioners have filed an affidavit, dated 29.01.2026 stating that they have entered into a compromise with the respondents. The compromise is with regard to vacating the tenancy property. 3. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 4. Recording the said compromise, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. The affidavit filed by the petitioners, dated 29.01.2026 shall form part of this order.
