02/02/2026 M/L – 310 Court No.28 S. Kundu C.R.M.(M) 425 of 2025 In Re: An application for cancellation of bail under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In the matter of: Siddhartha Adkary …Petitioner. Mr. Mayukh Mukherjee Ms. Sagnika Banerjee …for the petitioner. 1. This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. It appears that after the grant of anticipatory bail by this Court, the petitioner was granted bail by the learned jurisdictional Court with the same conditions. The petitioner alleged violation of conditions of bail. It appears that on merits such application was turned down by the learned CJM, Purba Medinipur on 10.04.2025. 4. Therefore, an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail is no more maintainable. 5. Accordingly, CRM(M) 425 of 2025 is dismissed. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
