The petitioner alleged violation of conditions of bail. It appears that on merits such application was turned down by the learned CJM, Purba Medinipur on 10.04.2025. 4. Therefore, an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail is no more maintainable. 5. Accordingly, CRM(M) 425 of 2025 is dismissed. 6.
