Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “1. To issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release arrears of revised pay scales w.e.f. 01.01.2016 till his superannuation and difference of leave encashment on the basis of revised pay with interest @ 12% per annum from the due date till payment thereof. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:18240 2. To issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay arrears revised pension and commutation of pension as per the revised PPO issued by respondent no.5 and difference of revised gratuity authorized by respondent no.5 with interest @ 12% from the due date till payment thereof.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same are listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 25.05.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
