According to him, he has set-up a new industry in District Haridwar, however, the incentives, admissible as per the policy, has not been given to him. 5. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned communication/letter dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition Page No. 49-50), and impugned communication/letter dated 09.11.2023 (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition Page No. 51), to the extent it has been applied to petitioner thereby rejecting resignation of petitioner under Industrial Development Scheme, 2017. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner UKHC010130162026 2026:UHC:6422 submits that petitioner has made online application, claiming benefit of policy, but decision has not been taken thereupon. He submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation to the Competent Authority. 7. Having regard to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the Competent Authority. If he makes representation to respondent no. 1 within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within ten weeks thereafter.
