Learned advocate for the State submits that there is a distinction between the present petitioner and the person who has been granted bail. According to the learned advocate, so far as the present petitioner is concerned, there have been certain seizures from the godwon of the present petitioner. Be that as it may, having regard to the reasons assigned in CRM(NDPS) 1250 of 2025, I am of the opinion that further detention of the present petitioner is unwarranted. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Anu Kumar Goel shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under (NDPS Act), Howrah. If on bail, the petitioner shall make himself physically available on each and every date of the trial so fixed by the learned Special court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of Howrah without prior permission of the learned Special Court.
