No. 783/Ser.(T)- l/2012 dated 31.07.2024 whereby the 3RD Respondent retired the petitioner upon attaining the age of 62 years as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India, contrary to A.P. State Government Business Rules, 2018 and contrary to law declared by the Apex Court in Jagdish Prasad Sharma AND Ors. vs State of Bihar and Ors. (2013 8 SCC 633) and iii) consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents to reinstate and continue the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits, emoluments in terms of orders dated 23.02.2026 passed by Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in WA No. 1246/2025 AND batch and pass such other orders.
