Petitioner has challenged the present writ petition before this Court for the following relief:- “(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to forthwith extend the benefit of 1st MACP on the Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- to the petitioner by giving him next financial upgradation in terms of Government Order No.132/xxvii(7)40/2018 dated 04.05.2018, with effect from 15.03.2020 after completion of 10 years continuous and satisfactory service of the petitioner in the pay band of Rs.5200- 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/-, which later on stood revised as Grade Pay of Rs.2000/-” 4. Learned State Counsel submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner can very well be granted by the Public Service Tribunal constituted under the U.P. Public Services (Tribunals) Act, 1976. 5. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in-limine. However, petitioner may avail statutory remedy available to him in accordance with law.
