The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent-Authorities to consider the representation given by the petitioners for survey Sketch, Phodi and Durast work in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.10, measuring 1 acre 19 guntas situated at Lakshmisagara Village, Bellavi Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk and District. Although the name of the petitioners is found in the RTC at Annexure-A for the year 2025-26 showing an extent of 1 acre 19 quntas in the name of the petitioners in Sy.No.10 of Lakshmisagara Village, Bellavi Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk and District, nevertheless it is also a fact that 2 acres and 28 quntas are shown as Phada. Nevertheless, that by itself will not preclude the respondent authorities from conducting the phodi proceedings and assigning a sub - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9894 WP No. 35186 of 2025 number or a different number to the property belonging to the petitioners. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioners may be directed to file an application online. 4. Recording the submission of the learned High Court Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file an application online to the respondent-Tahsildar and the respondent-Tahsildar is also directed to consider the application which would be filed by the petitioners and do the needful as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application.
