These bail applications have been preferred by the accused- petitioners Sattar S/o Ismail Khan, Parvez S/o Nafees Hussain & Visvajeet Urf Visva S/o Narendra Chaturvedi, under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., apprehending their arrest in connection with the FIR No.175/2025 registered at Police Station Hindaun, District Karauli for the offences punishable under Section 112(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and 13 RPGO Act. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submitted that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present cases. Learned counsel further submitted that they are ready to co-operate with the investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer. In view thereof, learned counsel prayed that the accused-petitioners being innocent persons, who have falsely been implicated in the present cases, be extended the benefit of bail. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail applications. 5. Considering overall peculiar facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is inclined to exercise its powers U/s. 482 of BNSS and deems it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the accused- petitioners. 6. Accordingly, these bail applications filed by the accused- petitioners under Section 482 BNSS are allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of accused-petitioners Sattar S/o Ismail Khan, Parvez S/o Nafees Hussain & Visvajeet Urf Visva S/o Narendra Chaturvedi in connection with FIR [2026:RJ-JP:11115] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-15484/2025] No.175/2025 registered at Police Station Hindaun, District Karauli, they shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of concerned I.O./S.H.O. on the following conditions:- (i) they shall make themselves available for interrogation by Investigating Officer as and when required; (ii) they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer; (iii) they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the court.
