1. The present criminal appeal has been filed being aggrieved by the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 01.09.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in Special Criminal Case (N.D.P.S.) No.32/2023 whereby the appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 22(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act and sentence R.I. Digitally signed by MOHAMMED AADIL KHAN Date: 2026.02.05 13:54:26 +0530
2 for 15 years with fine of Rs.1,50,000/-, in default of payment of fine further R.I. for 3 years.

In compliance of the order dated 29.01.2026, a report dated 30.01.2026 has been submitted by the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Raipur (C.G.) and as per the said report, appellant Mohammad Hasan has died during his treatment on 29.01.2026 and death report has also been annexed with the same, which is taken on record.
