The Court had issued notice on 7th May, 2026. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record office order dated 07.05.2026, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. 4. Consequently, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition as the judgment passed by this Court stands complied with. 5.
