When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.365/2024 and is also having four previous cases. Due to election, for initiation of 110 proceedings against the history sheeters, the respondent police is now watching the movement of the petitioner. In this context, the petitioner’s plea for quashment of the impugned charge sheet was argued to be unsustainable in law. 3.
