1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.580 of 2024 instituted under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 352 & 3 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and her child by means of lathi and knife causing injury on her left hand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31115 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute and long standing enmity between the parties. He further submits that due to petty dispute, a scuffle took place between the parties, in which both the parties received injury. Learned counsel submits that the injury to the injured is simple in nature, however, in the allegation it is highly exaggerated and concocted. He further submits that no specific overt act is attributed against the petitioners and the allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature.
Learned counsel submits that petitioners have got clean antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial of the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioners as well as their clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya Jee/
