Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “ 10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner for its kind perusal in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to for quashing the impugned order dated 20.01.2026 passed by the Collector, Surajpur, and the appointment order dated 07.01.2025 passed by the Project Officer in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to directing the respondents to immediately reinstate the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi Worker at Center Bhuiyapara (Bhedia) in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the entire back wages/salaries arrears with all consequential benefits and continuity of service, including the cost in the interest of justice. 10.5 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, to which this Hon’ble Court may deems just and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 21.01.2026 passed by Collector in exercise of its jurisdiction under Rule 3 of Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision Rules), 1995. As an appellate authority under the said Rule of 1995 there is remedy of filing of 3 revision under Rule 5 of the Rules of 1995 before the Revisional Authority. 3. As the petitioner is having an alternate statutory remedy of filing revision under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision Rules), 1995, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, accordingly, it is dismissed. However reserving liberty with the petitioner to avail other alternate remedy available to her under the law. 4. Registry is directed to return back the certified copy of the documents enclosed along with this writ petition after retaining the photocopies of the same.
