This instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner Vikas S/o Jagdish, who was arrested by the police in connection with the FIR No.226/2025 registered at Police Station Indergarh, District Bundi for the offences punishable under Sections 305(a) of the BNS, 2023. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is behind bars since long. He further submits that there are no criminal antecedents of any nature against the petitioner. He also submits that co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. In view thereof, learned counsel prays that the petitioner be enlarged on bail. 3. This Court, considering the nature of allegation as levelled against the petitioner and by maintaining parity, without making any comments on the merits of the case, is inclined to enlarge the present petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, the instant bail application filed under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Vikas S/o Jagdish shall be released on bail, provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial. 6. The petitioner is further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse liberty granted by this Court.
