Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. . 3. The petitioner is the absolute owner of the aforementioned property. Patta also stands in his name. However, without following due process of law, the third respondent is attempting to lay a road in the said properties. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that no road is laid as of now. 5.
