Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2, 3 & 6. 4. Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 & 5. 5. During the course of counselling, petitioner was allotted THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering & Technology, Tehri Garhwal. According to him, since hostel facility is not available in the said Institute nor there is PG facility available, therefore, petitioner wants to take admission elsewhere. In this regard petitioner has made a representation to Uttarakhand Technical University for transfer to Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pant Nagar, District Udham Singh Nagar. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Uttarakhand Technical University be directed to take decision on the representation. 7. Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, learned UKHC010130112026 2026:UHC:6429 counsel for respondent nos. 2, 3 & 6, however, submits that there is no provision for migration from one university to another, however, petitioner can seek withdrawal from THDC Institute and take admission in some other college through counselling, and fee would be refunded to him after deducting certain amount. 8. Be that as it may, since petitioner has made a representation, which is pending consideration, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Registrar, Uttarakhand Technical University to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 10.07.2026, as per law, within two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
