...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's representation and in not conducting survey, demarcation and ifxation of boundaries of the petition schedule property despite the petitioner possessing a valid registered Sale Deed, Pattadar Passbook, 1-B Register Extract, Adangal and other revenue records as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and the provisions of the Comment Highlight Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and consequently direct the respondents to conduct survey through the competent Survey Authorities, demarcate the petition schedule property, ifx boundary stones, prepare and furnish the survey sketch/FMB (where applicable), and complete the entire exercise within a time stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey and demarking the petition scheduled property, despite the representation submitted by the petitioner on
29.06.2026.
2. Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has furnished a copy of the instructions issued by the Tahsildar, Kondapuram Mandal/Respondent No.4, wherein it is stated that, pursuant to the representation submitted by petitioner, notices were issued to the concerned persons for conducting a field survey on 24.08.2026. It is further stated that the demarcation of the subject property would be completed as per the schedule and that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be
disposed of thereafter.
4. The aforesaid instructions would disclosed that the 4th respondent has already acted upon the representation submitted by the petitioner by issuing notices to the concerned persons for conducting the survey and the same is under process.
5. In view of the above, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the same, directing the 4th respondent to complete the survey and demarcation of the petitioner's scheduled property

as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
