JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 27/02/2026 1. Instant civil restoration application has been filed seeking to restore the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17100/2017. 2. The writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 25.04.2025 on the ground that the original writ petition Yogendra Kumar Darbari has passed away and none of his legal representative came forward to pursue the writ petition. 3. This restoration application has been filed by wife of deceased writ petitioner, praying to restore the writ petition and to substitute her in place of deceased writ petitioner. [2026:RJ-JP:9194] (2 of 2) [WRES-463/2025] 4. Applicant is wife of deceased and the issue in the writ petition is of deduction of Rs. 6,20,405/- from the retiral benefits of writ petitioner. Further it has been stated that for want of knowledge, the application for substitution in the writ petition could not be filed earlier. The restoration application has been filed on 05.07.2025. 5. Taking into consideration the factual matrix of the subject matter involved in the writ petition, application for restoration is allowed. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 17100/2017 is directed to be restored to its original number. 6. Counsel for applicant undertakes to file amended cause title in the writ petition within a period of two weeks, which is directed to be taken on record along with copy of this order. 7.
