The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. no.500/2025 dated 16.09.2025 and all others subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom, registered at Police Station Chawni, District Durg against the petitioner for the offence punishable under section 115(2), 296, 351(3) of B.N.S., in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned. 4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet, if the matter survives.
