1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.
2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities.
3. The petitioner’s application for transfer on self- medical ground had been rejected sometime in
2022. Since a long period of time has elapsed since 2022, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an application with the school authorities seeking transfer. The school authorities will deal with such application as expeditiously as possible and if found eligible, will forward the application to the
2 concerned D.I. As afresh application has been directed to be made, I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the earlier application or attending medical certificates thereto.
4. Since the ‘Utsashree Portal’ is suspended, the application will be made in the offline mode and be considered by the school and other authorities in the offline mode.
5. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of.
6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
