02/16.01.2026 The writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):-
“(a) For the rectification of error in Continuous Khatiyan and Register II, where the name of the persons namely 1.Nawab Singh, 2. Shahdev Singh, 3. Most Phulmani Devi, 4. Jalim Singh, 5. Gulab Devi, 6. Most. Kamla Devi, 7. Khogen Singh, 8. Upen Singh, 9. Most. Rukni, 10. Jawahar Lal Singh, 11. Manik Singh, 12. Badri Prasad Singh, 13. Samundar Singh are wrongly entered in continuous Khatiyan and Registrer II and the name of the Nawab Singh and Others which is an error of record which has to be rectified/deleted. (b) For inserting the name of the petitioner's family members namely 1.Shankar Prasad Singh 2. Bharat Prasad Sing, 3. Rajkumar Singh (all sons Late Bhim Sai @ Bhim Singh and Late Kiran Bala Devi) in the continuous khatian and Register II (online entry) with respect to mauza kola kusma under old khata no. 129, plot no. 3366, area measuring 2.50 acre, which is now

new khata no. 245, plot no.4255, area the same i.e 2.50 acre and another under old khata no.129 plot no.3365, area measures 0.16 acre, whereas under new khata no.245, plot no. 4254, area the same i.e 0.16 acre of land thus under the both plot total area 2.66 acre of land has been purchased by the Ancestors of the petitioner.
(c) For entering the name of the petitioner’s family member in the official website of the State government maintaining for the record of the land”
2. It appears that even the affected parties have not been made party in the present writ petition. 3. Thus, in the absence of the necessary party, the present writ petition is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed, however, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
