The petitioner is an accused in connection with Borio P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant had died at her matrimonial house in an unnatural circumstance. It appears that the marriage between the petitioner and the deceased was solemnized 10 years back. The cause of death has been opined to be on account of suspected poisoning. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no complaint was ever lodged earlier with respect to the purported torture committed upon the deceased. He further submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is in custody since 12.09.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Borio P.S.
