Romesh Verma, Judge(oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No.11573 of 2025, dated 21.07.2025 2. Mr. Rahul Thakur, Advocate, has placed on record a copy of communication dated 14.05.2026, as issued by Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Shimla to The Branch Manager, Kangra, Central Co- operative bank Ltd. Nagrota bagwan, District Kangra, H.P., whereby it has been communicated/requested to pay remaining amount of Rs. 1,16, 768/-, out of total payment of Rs. 1,67,957/-, on account of Dearness Relief arrears and difference amount of Rs. 51189/- has already been disbursed to the present petitioner. 3.
