Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 55 days and the quantum of recovery is 126 grams and 7.7 grams of heroin which is of intermediate quantity. 2. Mr. Sur submits that the charge sheet has already been prepared and the same is expected to be submitted in course of the day or within a week. 3. I have considered the period of detention of the petitioner and the quantum of seizure. I am of the view that further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted. 4. In view of the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Saif Ali Khan shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-, with two sureties of Rs.10,000/-, one of whom must be 2 local, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under the NDPS Act at Howrah. 6. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date so fixed by the learned Special Court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of Howrah without prior permission of the learned Special Court. 7. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 133 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of. 8. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
