(Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 11.05.2026. Relevant portion of the said letter, is reproduced, as under:-
“In this regard, it is submitted that the proposed Schools are presently filled up except GSSS Gagal and GSSS Jarol (Sundernagar), will be vacated on 30.06.2026 due to retirement of present incumbent. The incumbent can be considered for posting in one of these Schools.”
2. Considering the said stand of the respondents,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has opted for 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 ( 2026:HHC:17416 ) GSSS Jarol (Sundernagar), District Mandi, as the station, where she could be posted.
3. Learned Additional Advocate General has fairly submitted that in view of the said statement, requisite office
order qua posting of the petitioner at GSSS Jarol (Sundernagar) will be issued after 30.06.2026. His statement is taken on record.
4. In view of the said offer, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that the present contempt petition may kindly be disposed of.
5. Consequently, the present contempt petition is
disposed of, as no further action is required to be taken in the matter. Notice discharged.
