The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Saria P.S. Case No.96 of 2024, for offence registered under sections 414, 272, 273, 175 of the IPC and section 47 (A) of Excise Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that false allegations are made of recovery of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner. He next submits that in the seizure list it is stated at Koiridih and it is alleged that foreign liquors have been recovered from house of Ranjit Ram and even no independent witness has witnessed the said seizure list and only the raiding party has signed 2026:JHHC:744 2 on the said seizure list. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that recovery is there of foreign liquor and the petitioner is having one criminal antecedent. 5. Looking to the said seizure list, it transpires that place of occurrence is said to be at Koiridih whereas in the ferdbeyan it is said to be in the house of the petitioner and on the seizure list, there is no independent witness witnessed on the said seizure list and only the raiding party has signed on the said seizure list, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih, in connection with Saria P.S. Case No.96 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) 12.01.2026 SI/
