Yes - 2 - to issue appointment letter to the petitioner with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. Under the impugned orders the Authorities below have affirmed the decision of the Selection Committee in not awarding marks for land donation to the petitioner. 3. At this stage, leaned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition as the petitioner intends to avail other remedies as may be available to him against respondent No.8-the selected candidate.
