The instant petition is moved for a limited purpose that despite the first information report, there is no progress in the investigation, and even the statement of the petitioner is not being recorded. It is alleged in the FIR that there are some people, who are creating nuisance in front of the house of the petitioner/victim. 4. The Investigating Officer who joined proceedings through VC apprised that the investigation is going on, and since she was busy in VIP duty and she gives another date of 25.07.2026 to the husband of the victim for recording her statement under Section 164 of CrPC. The Investigating Officer assures to this Court that she will conduct the investigation in a very fair and transparent manner and will take the appropriate action against erring persons. 5.
