Das appearing for the respondent State. 3. The applicants vide order dated 06.05.2026 in Crl.Pet./613/2026 were directed to appear before the learned Trial Court and co-operate with the trial. It is submitted that the applicants were unable to appear within 15 (fifteen) days Page No.# 3/3 from 06.05.2026 before the Trial Court as the applicant no.1 was seriously ailing due to gynaecological problems and the applicant No.2 was suffering from viral fever. The applicants are willing to appear and co-operate with the trial. Thereby the NBWA issued against them is kept in abeyance for another 15 (fifteen) days from today and within 15 (fifteen) days from today the applicants are directed to appear before the learned Trial Court and co-operate with the trial. 4.
