This Court, after considering the nature of allegations, trial will take sufficiently long time, petitioner is behind the bars since 11.05.2026, and the petitioner has been arrested only on the basis of random checking by which the alleged weapons have been found and after considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, is inclined to exercise its power under Section 483 B.N.S.S. and deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
7. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Brijraj Singh S/o Sh.
