The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents would submit that the petitioner’s application would be considered in accordance with law. 4. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 12.08.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
