The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kuru P.S. Case No.105 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 324(4) and 74 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the allegations are made that the petitioner was the part of the unlawful assembly. He further submits that the injury is found to be simple in nature. He then submits that the petitioner is in custody since 6th October, 2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted. 2026:JHHC:1870 --2-- B.A. No. 11392 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there against the petitioner of assault. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and the injury is found to be simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 6th October, 2025 and now the charge-sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lohardaga in connection with Kuru P.S.
