This present Interlocutory Application has been filed in WP(C) No. 6203/2024, praying for leave to amend the cause title of the writ petition insofar as the petitioner has been described as a retired Headmaster in the cause title only, whereas he should have been described as a retired Arabic teacher. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to the misnomer in the cause title of the writ petition, the respondents have not proceeded to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.05.2024 as required by the order dated 27.11.2024. 3. Keeping in view the nature of the relief sought for and also the fair submission of Mr. B. Talukdar, it is provided that the respondents would proceed to comply with the order dated 27.11.2024 to the extent of disposing of the representation made by the applicant herein/writ petitioner in WP(C) No. 6203/2024 on 14.05.2024, notwithstanding the fact that the petitioner has been described as retired Headmaster in the cause title. 4. I have perused the contents of the writ petition, and it appears that in the body of the writ petition, the petitioner has described himself as a retired Arabic Page No.# 4/4 teacher, and the description as a retired Headmaster is an inadvertent misnomer. 5.
