It is submitted by Ms. Ahmed, learned counsel that from the available information it is learnt that the case has already been charge sheeted against Page No.# 2/2 the present petitioner and as she submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum. 3. However, Mr. Borthakur, learned APP submitted that till date he has no information in regards to submission of charge sheet by police 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this bail application accordingly stands disposed of on withdrawal. 5.
