Side) - R1 & R2 ORDER This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed at Paragraph https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 4239 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 No.9 (iv) of the order dated 17.12.2025 in Crl.A.No.1801 of 2025, directing the petitioner / appellant to appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and on all hearing dates without fail. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by directing the petitioner to comply with the condition. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.
