Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner, namely, Sahalom Page No.# 2/2 Mazarbhuiya, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Silchar P.S. Case No. 1164/2025 u/s 61(2)/140(3)/308(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 26.12.2025. Pursuant to which he appeared before the I/O for recording his statement. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted. 5. In the circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.12.2025 hereby made absolute subject to the condition that he shall available for trial and shall not hamper and tamper with evidence. 6.
