This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner or demolish the asbestos sheet-roofed house, admeasuring 192 sq. yards, situated in Door No.1-00, Sy.No.60- B-2B-1 of Udayagiri Village and Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, without following due process of law, on the ground that the petitioner has been residing in the said house since long time and also paying taxes to the Gram Panchayat. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents has placed on record the written instructions dated 16.08.2026 addressed by the Tahsildar/4th respondent to the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. The said written instructions indicate that the land in Sy.No.60-B-2B-1 of Udayagiri Village and Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, is classified as “Village Site”. It is further stated that the land admeasuring 24 ankanams and 192 sq. yards in the said survey number was purchased by the mother of the petitioner and that the 4th respondent shall not interfere, in any manner, with the possession of the petitioner over the said land. 5 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
