A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner is one of the joint pattadhars in Patta No.6777 for the survey No.348 – 1D1A. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner has put up thatched shed in the said survey number. 4. In view of the above said facts, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to make inspection of the property and in case if they find any thatched shed, relying upon the patta in favour of the writ petitioner, they are directed to 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD).No.3356 of 2026 provide service connection to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
